Meet the Team: Emma Page

Emma is a rising star at Newcastle Financial Planning Group and an aspiring leader for women in the industry. When Emma came on board in 2017, she was like the final piece of the puzzle, bringing a new level of energy, passion and professionalism as well as a unique perspective that perfectly complements our team.

To help you get to know Emma, we had NFPG Marketing Manager Stacey Jones ask her a few quick questions.

Tell me a bit about your role

I am the lead female adviser at NFPG. My role involves managing my clients’ superannuation, investments and insurance, facilitating meetings and reviewing my clients’ financial position on an ongoing basis. Our goal is to assist them to achieve their financial and lifestyle objectives by maximising their potential wealth.

Describe your ideal day in Newcastle

It always starts with a giant coffee, then walking into the office and being welcomed by a happy team who are my family away from home. The remainder of the day is spent meeting with clients, getting to know them and helping them to establish plans to achieve financial independence. After work, the remainder of the evening is spent with my beautiful daughter.

Who is your ideal client?

My ideal clients are Gen X to Millennials; young professionals interested in improving their financial position, reducing debt, and working towards milestones such as upgrading their car, buying a house, or starting a family.

Outside of work what’s important to you?

My daughter Wynter is my world. I want to continue to encourage her to be the best she can be and show her there are no limitations. My close friends and family are also very special to me.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Focus on being the best version of you and the rest will fall into place.
