Ben is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in people management, commercial management and now currently specialising in Culture and Wellbeing. With over 20 years of experience across a wide and diverse range of industries, Ben has a proven track record of driving organisational success through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.

Throughout his career, Ben has successfully managed cross-functional teams, spearheaded commercial initiatives, and implemented innovative strategies that have consistently delivered results. Ben is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture that promotes growth and collaboration.

In his current role in Culture and Wellbeing Coordinator, Ben leverages his commercial acumen and people management expertise to foster a workplace environment where all employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute their best.

Outside of work, when not running kids around to various sporting events, Ben can be found exploring the outdoors and striving to maintaining a well-rounded and balanced life.
